Terms of Service
At AK HEALTH SOLUTIONS, we understand that circumstances arise that are unavoidable and require you to cancel or reschedule your intended course appointment. A student is given one opportunity to reschedule and must be within 30 days or the next available class from the initial class date. All rescheduling is subject to a $25 fee.

A student who is late for more than 15 minutes will not be allowed to attend and must reschedule.
No Show Policy
Students enrolled in a scheduled class or a skills session who fails to contact the instructor/ office to cancel within 48 hours before the class or fails to appear will not receive a refund.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Process
We require a minimum of 48-hours’ notice before the course date to receive credit. Cancellations under 48-hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Cancellations/rescheduling can be applied to future courses within 30 days. Cancellations with a minimum of 48-hour notice are fully refundable, minus a $20 fee for all course material or manuals sent to you via US mail and e-books if applicable.

AK HEALTH SOLUTIONS shall not be held responsible for any costs or damages in which the student may suffer due to canceling or rescheduling a class.

We reserve your seat in our class when payment is made in full and have fulfilled our obligation by being prepared to conduct the course.
Notification Process if the Class is Cancelled
A minimum of 3 students per class is required. The students will be notified by email and phone as quickly as possible when a class is canceled.
